Payment policy
An's Kitchen
To ensure convenience in the ordering process, An’s kitchen provides our customers with the following payment methods:
1. Direct payment on receipt
Please pay the delivery shipper the total cost of the order when receiving the products. Applicable for orders in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and other provinces nationwide.
Note: This form of payment may incur additional costs for the delivery unit which makes the cost higher than the transfer payment due to the COD collection service.
2. Transfer payments
You can transfer the order payment to the An’s kitchen bank account or through the electronic payment gateways as follows: Bank account: Account holder: Bank: Branch: An’s kitchen will confirm successful payment information before processing, packing the order, and handing it over to the shipping unit.
3. Online payment via VISA card, ATM, QR CODE, and E-wallet
An’s kitchen’s website has integrated with OnePay online payment transaction platform. OnePay supports An’s Kitchen customers to pay with:
- 05 types of international cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, and UnionPay (Debit/ Credit)
- 40 types of ATM cards: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank,…
- 40 Banking Apps and E-Wallets
To pay via these methods, please select the corresponding payment method. Then add card/e-wallet information in the payment step and proceed with the payment.
Carefully check the final payment amount of the order (Including the total product cost and delivery cost) before payment to ensure your rights and avoid unnecessary complaints.
In addition to the above payment methods, An’s kitchen is not currently accepting payments through other channels. Please check your information carefully before making payment to ensure your benefits. In case of changes or additions to the payment method, you will be informed by the staff or updated directly in the “Payment” step on the purchase page of An’s kitchen.
