Please pack the product carefully to keep its original condition. After receiving the goods back, we will send the alternative product back to you through the delivery unit.
⊕ Note: If you exchange goods due to An’s kitchen fault, we will actively contact you to exchange or refund without any cost to you.
In the case of needing to return goods due to An’s kitchen fault, we will bear the full cost of two-way freight.
However, if the product you send does not meet the return conditions as in section 3, you may have to bear the cost of shipping and product compensation.
