An's Kitchen

An’s Kitchen always hopes our customers to be satisfied with their orders. If anything goes wrong, An’s kitchen would happily assist with all of your needs. However, due to inadequacies in the process of managing sales and delivery activities, we will not be able to fully satisfy 100% of any return requests.

Therefore, please read the information below carefully to understand the cases that are entitled to return after purchase.

1. Eligible Situations for Return & Refund

1.1. Damaged products

In case the products you receive are damaged, please record a video of the inspection or take a picture of the product when you receive it. Send videos, and pictures of goods to our customer service department for immediate support.

When we receive your feedback, we will confirm the cause to send our support as soon as possible.

Some common causes:

  • Damaged due to carelessness during transportation
  • Damage due to manufacturer’s packaging
  • Damage caused by products past their expiry date (Not applicable to cases with the date stated on the label as “Best Before”)

If customers meet any of the above cases, An’s kitchen will support completely free returns for our customers.

1.2. Received different products from the original order

During order processing, if our staff makes any mistakes with the products or flavors that you have ordered, please take a photo of the received products for An’s kitchen to compare with the order invoice.

We will proceed to exchange the correct original product for you within 24 working hours after confirming that the information provided by the customer is correct.

2. Ineligible Situations for Return & Refund

An’s kitchen is sorry to refuse supporting exchange in the following cases:

  • Customer bought the wrong product at the store and did not check the bill before leaving the store.
  • Customer ordered the wrong flavor/product then notify our staff after the goods have been packed and delivered to the shipping unit.
  • Customers used the product and find it not as expected leading to change to another product
  • ….

3. Return & Refund Conditions

  • The product is kept in its original condition, with tags intact
  • The product is not smudged, damaged, cracked, or torn
  • Retain the retail invoice of the order. Invoices must clearly contain product information, without erasure or modification.
  • If the product is defective, please send proof when contacting the staff before sending the item back

4. Forms of Return & Refund

After contacting An’s kitchen support staff, you can choose one of the following methods to exchange your goods:

4.1. Direct exchange at the store:

Please visit the address: 407 Vo Van Tan, Ward 5, District 3, City. Ho Chi Minh

⊕ Remember to bring the purchase receipt/ invoice for support

4.2. If the customer is from other province or remote areas away from Ho Chi Minh city or Ha Noi city:

Pack the product and send it to us via the address and information as follows:

  • Consignee: An’s kitchen
  • Phone number: 0912911665
  • Address in Ho Chi Minh city: 407 Vo Van Tan, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh city.
  • Address in Hanoi city: 42a Tra Xuan Soan, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi city.

Please pack the product carefully to keep its original condition. After receiving the goods back, we will send the alternative product back to you through the delivery unit.

⊕ Note: If you exchange goods due to An’s kitchen fault, we will actively contact you to exchange or refund without any cost to you.

5. Cost of Return

In the case of needing to return goods due to An’s kitchen fault, we will bear the full cost of two-way freight.

However, if the product you send does not meet the return conditions as in section 3, you may have to bear the cost of shipping and product compensation.
