An's Kitchen
1. Products that can not delivery long distance
Because all of An’s Kitchen products are hand-carried directly from abroad to Vietnam, some fresh products will have short expiry and need to be stored at a certain temperature. Therefore, it can only be delivered within the day and needs to be stored at a certain temperature.
For orders with products in the above group, An’s kitchen will advise you carefully on preservation methods and delivery within the day. We refuse to ship these products for orders of suburban areas.
2. Delivery time
Depending on your location and desired delivery time, you can choose from the following delivery services.
Delivery within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
- Fast delivery: Book Ahamove to ship from 1 to 2 hours.
- Express delivery: Book Ahamove to ship from 4 to 12 hours.
Delivery outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
- Suburban districts: (Check out your suburban district’s name)
- Express delivery: shipping from 4 to 12 hours (higher cost)
- Delivery by post: Receive products in 1-2 days from the time of order/transfer payment – Not applicable for products that need cold storage.
Delivery to other provinces
- Express delivery: Receive products from 2 to 4 days since order/transfer payment.
**Note: Not applicable for products that need cold storage and have short date.
3. Delivery cost
Please enter your address clearly and select your suitable delivery service, the system will display the specific delivery cost for the order.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery location, order weight and the delivery service that you choose.
