Each customer when registering as a member and successfully shopping at Website An’s Kitchen will receive points based on the total order paid.

1. Members Eligibility

With each purchase, you will accumulate the total amount spent to convert into points. Once you have a certain number of points, you will be promoted to higher membership tier. The specific points conversion and promotion policy is as follows:

• 1 point = 1,000,000 VND
• 10 points = 10,000,000 VND
• 100 points = 100,000,000 VND

With each shopping bill, you will be added to the total amount spent. From 1,000,000 VND or more, your membership points will be added by 1.

Points are not redeemable for cash or directly deducted from purchase invoices. We will update your membership points to consider gifting opportunities when loyalty programs are available.

The more you shop, the higher your membership points, the greater your chances of receiving vouchers, discounts, free shipping, and priority in our promotions.

2. Tier Eligibility

At first, each customer who creates an account and has a purchase history from 0 dong is considered a Silver member of An’s kitchen. In order to level up your tier, you need to shop more to increase your score. Points when accumulated to a certain level will help improve your membership tier.

• 0-9 points (equivalent to spending under 10 million): Silver Member
• 10-99 points (equivalent to spending 10-99 million): Gold Member
• 100-199 points (equivalent to spending 100-199 million): Diamond Member
• From 200 points (equivalent to spending 200 million or more): Platinum Member

Every month, we will have special offers for customers of each tier. The higher the membership tier, the more special the gift value is.

Membership tiers and membership points are valid permanently and continue to accrue with each purchase.
