You can visit the store directly to choose products, and receive direct advice from our staff to choose the best products for yourself.

After selecting the products, An’s kitchen consultant will send you the content of the order and the total cost to pay. Please double-check your order and choose the most convenient payment method. Once the order is confirmed, An’s kitchen will process, pack and deliver the order to the shipping unit.

1.3. Order via Website Anskitchen.vn

To order directly on the Website, you must be a member and have a registered account at Anskitchen.vn. Place an order by following these steps:

• Step 1: Search for products and add products to the cart.
• Step 2: Go to the shopping cart to check the product, quantity, and price of the product.
• Step 3: Place an order by providing personal information including Name, address, phone number a note of delivery time, and any other notes to An’s kitchen.
• Step 4: Select the desired delivery time and service.
• Step 5: Select the favoured form of payment, proceed to pay/complete the order.

In case you choose to pay on delivery (Ship COD): After receiving the order, An’s kitchen staff will contact you via the phone number provided to confirm the payment information, and delivery method. You will receive an order confirmation Email to check the above information. We will then process, pack and deliver the products to the shipper.

In case you choose to pay via the following methods: transfer money, payment via ATM card, or VISA.** You will receive an order confirmation email, please carefully check the payment information, delivery method, and order details. Within the next 2 hours, An’s kitchen will process, pack and deliver the products to the shipping unit.

Since the products at An’s kitchen are shipped directly from abroad to Vietnam, we cannot guarantee the continuity of any products. Therefore, in some cases, the product you ordered will not be available.
